Once their friend cleared the capstone dungeon, World Tier 4 finally became available. Doing so spawned DrokgarX’s character in Kyovashad, and all they had to do at that point was join their friend in the capstone dungeon and die to ensure that they would not gain any experience from it. Simply put, DrokgarX used the “Skip Campaign” option that allowed them to start their character with the campaign already effectively completed (note that this is only available after completing the campaign at least once). Level 3 is the lowest level you can be getting into WT4 To do this, you need to turn in some quests and have a friend that’s strong enough to tackle the capstone dungeon for World Tier 4.
